President Trump stated on Friday that a transcript of former FBI agent Peter Strzok’s closed-door testimony last year was “devastating” for the FBI and DOJ, transcript proved that his campaign was under investigation as early as 2015.
After coverage of the transcript’s release by Rep. Doug Collins (R_Ga.), the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, the president tweeted that he hoped Robert Mueller’s upcoming report on Russian involvement during the 2016 election would cover actions taken by the Justice Department and Strzok specifically.
